6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1925. It is clad in tan brick with beige terra-cotta trim. The 1st and 6th floors are banded - with the terra-cotta bands having patterns of joined circles. A small, grey stone stoop at the center leads up to an entrance with a glass door and sidelight framed by a pair of light-brown granite columns with stylized capitals supporting an entablature with a modillioned cornice. To either side is a double-window (with rounded upper corners) and a round-arched single-window, all in banded terra-cotta surrounds with keystones. Panels below the windows are carved with elaborate foliate and Renaissance ornament. The partially-exposed basement level is clad in yellow-painted brick and has the same window arrangement as above.

The upper floors are set off by a stone band course, and have six bays of single-windows. At the 2nd & 3rd floors the middle two bays have stone surrounds with Ionic columns with elaborate bases, and Renaissance-ornamented panels on top; on the 2nd floor these panels are surmounted by dentils and then a taller carved spandrel panel framed by flat, fluted pillars, while the 3rd floor has rounded pediments on top, with small cartouches. The 4th & 5th floors have stone surrounds with egg-and-dart moldings at the middle bays, topped by small cartouches and cornices at the 4th floor, and by scrolled keystones at the 5th. The outer bays at the 2nd floor have keyed surrounds with scrolled keystones, and on the 3rd-5th floors they have splayed lintels with scrolled keystones and impost blocks carved with leafy ornament.

The 6th floor is set off by a string course and has small escutcheons above each window. A black iron fire escape runs down the middle two bays of the facade, which is crowned by a dark-brown metal roof cornice with modillions, dentils, and a frieze with swags. The side elevations are plain brick with no ornament.
