6-story residential building completed in 1900. It is clad in dark red brick, with metal window casements. The facade has five window bays, with double-windows at the eastern two middle bays. There are air conditioning vents below each window, and an iron fire escape running up the center of the facade.

The ground floor has a central entrance with a black metal-and-glass door and sidelights. To either side is a triple-window and a single-window; those on the east side have iron grilles. At the roof is a brick parapet with four circular openings and a metal railing.
