There are air conditioning vents below each window, and an iron fire escape running up the center of the facade.
The ground floor has a central entrance with a black metal-and-glass door and sidelights. To either side is a triple-window and a single-window; those on the east side have iron grilles. At the roof is a brick parapet with four circular openings and a metal railing.
