5-story residential building originally completed in 1875 as a store-and-loft building. Designed by William Field & Son for George C. Flint & Co., it was part of 14th Street's "Furniture Row." In 1894, it became Cowperthwait & Co., a carpet and furniture store. In the 20th century, it was converted to residential above the first two floors.

Above the ground floor, it is composed of cast-iron, with seven bays of windows with scalloped corners at each floor. The roof cornice has dentils and brackets with carved panels below. An iron fire escape runs down the eastern side of the facade. The 2nd floor is occupied by White Tea Med Spa, with the ground floor occupied by Shreyash Inc. hats and gifts, a Sprint Wireless store, and Krazy Fashion Men's & Ladies Wear.
