5-story residential building originally completed in 1909. The facade was rebuilt with large horizontal 5-paned windows in two bays and black-painted brick in the mid-1900s (repainted grey in 2020). There is a metal fence topping the roof line. Since 2022, it has housed Paul's Place, Drop-In Center and Safe Haven serving homeless individuals living on the street, many with mental illness and/or substance abuse
issues.
