5-story Italianate residential building completed in the 1860s as a 4-story townhouse. It is clad in brownstone, with three bays of segmental-arched windows on the upper floors. The original stoop has been replaced by a ground-level entrance in the former basement. The building is crowned by a metal roof cornice with paired brackets. The 2nd floor is occupied by The Foot Group podiatrists, and the ground floor by Manhattan Pregnancy Help Services.
