5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in the 1880s. The 4-bay front facade has a rusticated stone ground floor painted dark grey, with a short stoop and central entry. The upper floors are clad in orange brick. Stone and iron band courses connect the window sills and lintels of the middle three floors. A cornice forms the top of the 4th floor, with round-arched windows on the top floor. The building has a black metal fire escape, and is crowned by a modillioned roof cornice. The exposed western side wall is clad in light red brick.
