3-story residential building completed in 1909. Designed by Ditmars & Brite as a shop for the New York Consolidated Card Company. It is clad in buff-colored brick, and uses true brick arches for its two bays of large windows instead of the more usual and less expressive horizontal steel lintels and at its parapet has a subtle expression of corbels. It was converted to residential use in the late 1900s. The east opening at the ground floor is a vehicle garage door.
