4-story residential building originally completed in 1844 as part of a series of 3-story rowhouses. Clad in red brick above a brownstone basement, it is three bays wide. The original stoop has been replaced with a basement entrance (the window where the doorway used to be is noticeably larger than the others), and a fourth floor was added in the late 1800s, with a black roof cornice. The windows have flat stone sills and lintels.
