6-story residential building completed in 1922. Designed by Emilio Levy, it is clad in reddish-brown brick and crowned by a corbeled cornice. The ground floor has three small round-arched windows on either side of the central round-arched entrance. A green canvas canopy extends out over the sidewalk. The upper floors are four bays wide, with double-windows in the end bays, and quadruple-windows in the middle bays. An iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade, with a full-width balcony at the 2nd floor.
