4-story residential building orignally completed in 1829 as a 2.5-story rowhouse. It was raised to four full floors in the 1890s. The fourth floor has a early 20th-century window extending the width of the house, while the others have three bays of windows (one ground-floor bay taken by a small stoop and doorway with rounded fanlight. A metal balcony fronts the top-floor studio window. The roof parapet features a brick pediment flanked by squat stone obelisks.
