205-foot, 20-story mid-century Modern cooperative-apartment building completed in 1963. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman as a rental apartment building, it is clad entirely in white brick, except for sections of the ground level that are faced in polished granite. The main entrance is on 12th Street, below a black metal canopy. Storefronts line the ground floor along the avenue.

There is a variety of fenestration on the upper floors, with single-, double-, and triple-windows, as well as wider bays of five panes, all in silver aluminum framing. The southwest corner has a series of cascading setbacks with terraces rising halfway up the building. Other setbacks are located near the top, with the uppermost floors at the northeast corner having angled corners.

The building was converted to a cooperative in 1980, and has 414 units. The ground floor is occupied by Kolor Studio, Matto Espresso, Excel Art & Custom Framing, QQ Nail & Spa, Playa Bowls, Victor's Cleaners, and Lincoln Market.
