205-foot, 20-story cooperative-apartment building completed in 1963. Designed by Hyman Isaac Feldman as a rental apartment building, it is clad entirely in white brick, except for sections of the ground-level that are faced in polished granite. The southwest corner has a series of cascading setbacks with terraces rising halfway up the building. Other setbacks are located near the top, with the uppermost floors at the northeast corner having angled corners.

The building was converted to a cooperative in 1980, and has 414 units. The ground floor is occupied by Salon Ziba, Andrade's Shoe Repair, Excel Art & Custom Framing, Vogue Nail Salon, Estella boutique, Victor's Cleaners, and Rite Aid pharmacy.
