149-foot, 15-story postmodern residential building completed in 2008. Designed by Schuman, Lichtenstein, Claman & Efron, this rental apartment building has a 3-story base faced in pre-cast concrete, with the 2nd and 3rd-floor outer bays on each end having projecting tripartite bay windows that reflect those on the neighboring building at 31-33 West 21st Street. At the 2nd & 3rd floors the center bays have tripartite windows divided by beige metal mullions, like those at the bay windows. The piers have grey granite bases, and the 2-bay-wide central main entrance also has a grey granite surround, with glass and metal infill. The three bays of either side have metal vent louvers above the storefronts at the ground floor. The base is capped by a simple cornice.

The central bays of the shaft are also faced in concrete, with tripartite windows matching those below, while the two outer bays on each side are clad in beige brick, with paired windows. The top two floors, above another cornice, also feature projecting end bays like those on the 2nd and 3rd floors. An identical cornice to that above the 12th floor caps the 14th floor, where there is a setback to the recessed penthouse level. The exposed upper western elevation is clad in beige brick with two bays of double-windows. The ground floor is occupied by Cyclebar, and Dreamdry hair salon.

It was apparently purchased in 2018 or 2019 by Rose Associates.
