11-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1907. Designed by Frederick C. Zobel as a store-and-loft building, It has a 2-story base with large show windows, with a shaft faced in white brick. A pedimented doorway with a handsome foliate surround is all that remains of the original ground floor. The 2nd floor consists of three bays separated by slender metal mullions. Each bay is a large fixed pane flanked by two casement windows. All three windows of each bay have transoms.

The 3rd floor has three bays of windows crowned with swags and cartouches, with a narrow cornice over all. There is an additional cornice at the 10th floor, and arched windows at the 11th, each with a keystone. The building was converted to apartments sometime in the late 1900s. The ground floor is occupied by Beckenstein Fabrics and Interiors.
