138-foot, 11-story residential building completed in 1907. Designed by William G. Pigueron in an early 20th-century commercial style, it is faced in limestone and tan brick. The 2-story stone base has a modern metal-and-glass storefront with a green canopy on the ground floor and a band of five white metal-framed windows with transoms at its 2nd level. The 9-story upper section has two brick piers framing similar bands of windows. These bands are surmounted by metal cornices and paneled brick spandrels. The stuccoed roof parapet is missing its cornice.

The eastern elevation is a reddish-brown brick wall with one bay of windows near the front and three more towards the rear, and a roof-top water tower which is visible from the street. The ground floor is occupied by Naturo Medical Health Care PC, with Gramercy Pilates Fitness on the 2nd floor.
