6-story residential building completed in 1892. Designed by Charles Behrens as a warehouse, the facade is composed of Ohio sandstone, brick and iron, and is 12 bays wide (4 sections of three). The window sills and lintels are rough stone and are connected, with rough stone bands also crossing the brick piers. The five main piers extend down to the ground, with cast-iron infill in between on the first floor. A restrained metal roof cornice tops the building. The ground floor is occupied by Room & Board furniture.
