7-story residential building completed in 1894. Designed by Buchman & Deisler as a store, it is clad in grey brick, stone and cast-iron. There are three main brick piers, with rough stone banding on the ground level, plus one band on the 2nd floor. The facade is divided into two halves of three windows each, with cast-iron pilasters between each window. A stone cornice tops the 2nd floor, and the 3rd-6th floor windows are grouped into stone framings with stone panels in the spandrels between floors. The building is crowned by a modillioned and dentiled roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Patagonia.
