7-story residential building completed in 1897. Designed by George F. Pelham as a commercial lofts building, it is clad in beige brick and stone. On the first two floors, the outer brick piers have rough stone banding, and there is black cast-iron infill, with an angled bay window on the 2nd floor, capped by a stone cornice. At the 5th floor are two round-arched windows. Three rounded, projecting columns decorate the piers, with carved faced at their bases. The same round columns and faces are found at the 7th floor. The black metal roof cornice follows the contour of the round columns where they meet the roof line. The ground floor is occupied by Osklen Brazilian boutique.
