5-story red-brick residential building completed in 1884. Designed by John B. Snook as a store, it is clad in red brick. The entrance door is deeply recessed between a pair of black cast-iron pilasters, with a small set of steps. The piers at the first-floor level are black cast-iron, with banded brick above. The upper floors are divided into four bays, the windows have connected stone sills and lintels, and a black metal fire escape runs down the facade. The building is crowned by a bracketed and dentiled roof cornice.
