7-story residential building completed in 1900. Designed by George F. Pelham as a store and tenement building, it has four bays of windows. While the storefront is of cast iron, the upper floors are clad in brown brick trimmed with terra-cotta banding simulating carved stonework. The outer windows on the 3rd floor have rounded pediments, while those on the 4th floor have triangular pediments. There are square-headed, eared lintels on the inner windows of both floors. All of the 5th floor windows are round-arched, with keystones. A bracketed and dentiled roof cornice, stepped up in the center, bears a panel reading "GRAND". A white metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade.
