7-story office building completed in 1896. Designed by Albert Wagner as a mercantile building, it is L-shaped, with frontages on Wooster and Spring Streets, spanning three bays and two bays of triple windows, respectively. Both are clad in grey brick, with rough stone banding on the piers at the first two floors. The windows are divided by narrow, white cast-iron pilasters.
On the Wooster Street side, there are decorative metal shields on the piers at the top of the 3rd floor, and carved stone lion heads at the top of the 4th floor, with small ornamental circles protruding from the piers above that. The top floor has round-arched windows, and there is a rather large and detailed brackets roof cornice, with a band of rosettes above the windows.
The facade on Spring Street has a band of rosettes capping the base, and two large arches rising from the 3rd to the 6th floor, surrounded by stone quoins with carved ornament. There is also carved swag in the spandrels between floors, and three stone lions' heads above the arches. The top floor has arched windows, and the same roof cornice crowns this facade as well. The ground floor is occupied by The Rug Company on Wooster, and Mulberry boutique on Spring.
