This was originally the 5-story rear section of 471 Broadway. It the early 1900s, it was cut down to two floors. The building was rebuilt as a 7-story condominium in 2009. Designed by Traboscia Roiatti Studio, it has an ultra-modern glass and steel front facade, with a south-facing wall of utilitarian brick. The ground floor is occupied by Ash footwear.
