6-story cast-iron residential building completed in 1873. Designed by Joseph M. Dunn as a store, it is painted bright white, with rounded columns, and cornices between each floor. The bracketed and modillioned roof cornice has a triangular pediment in the center. The ground floor is occupied by Coco-Mat bedroom furniture.
