5-story cast-iron residential building completed in 1872. Designed by Henry Fernbach as a warehouse, it has a 6-bay-wide facade of white and cream-painted cast-iron with Corinthian columns; those on the ground floor have fluted upper sections. An iron fire escape with rounded corners on the landings runs down the center. The building is crowned by a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Molteni & C - Dada- Unifor Italian furniture.
