6-story residential building completed in 1884. Designed by Richard Berger as a store, it is faced in light-green painted cast-iron. There is a thick center pilaster, partially fluted, dividing the facade into two halves of five bays each, with another pilaster at either end. The columns are also partially-fluted, and have Corinthian capitals. Two metal fire escapes with rounded corners on the landings run down the facade, which is capped by a red brick parapet. The building was renovated into condominiums in 1996 by Rem Koolhaus. The ground floor is occupied by Kartell furniture and Bisazza Mosaico tile store.
