6-story residential building completed in 1880. Designed by Samuel A. Warner as a warehouse, the building has a cream-colored cast-iron facade, divided into two halves of five bays each, both framed by fluted pilasters. The ground-floor end pilasters, as well as the narrower intermediate ones, have ornate Corinthian capitals. At the upper floors, the bays are divided by Corinthian columns. Both halves are crowned by a bracketed roof cornice. The building was converted to condominiums in 1993. The ground floor is occupied by Location One gallery.
