5-story residential building completed in 1873. Designed by B.W. Warner as a store, the ground floor has large, grey-painted Doric columns, while the upper floors have smaller, beige-painted pilasters between the windows on the Grand Street side (except for the outer bays - which have columns), and slender Corinthian columns on the Greene Street side (except for the top floor, which has no columns). The Grand Street elevation spans 12 bays, and Greene Street has 8 bays. Multi-paned industrial windows fill each bay. Cornices separate each floor, and the building is crowned by a bracketed roof cornice. A black iron fire escape runs down the center of the Greene Street facade. The ground floor is occupied by Flair Home Collection and Acne Studios.
