5-story residential building completed in 1882. Designed by Charles Mettam, it is clad in brown brick, with a coat of salmon-colored paint on the West Broadway side, and a white cast-iron storefront with a dentiled cornice facing Grand. The West Broadway elevation has six bays, with a black iron fire escape over the center two; the Grand Street elevation has two bays. The windows have peaked stone lintels, and a black metal bracketed roof cornices caps the roof line. The ground floor is occupied by Il Mulino restaurant.
