5-story French Renaissance residential building completed in 1861 as a store. It has a cast-iron storefront and four upper stories faced in white stone, with quoins at the corners. The upper-floor window are segmental-arched, and grow shorter as they rise. They have sills with corbelled feet and rounded cornices. The east elevation along Crosby Street is clad in red brick, with flat metal cornices over the windows. The main facade has a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice that gives way to a cornice with smaller modillions on the Crosby side. The building was converted to condominiums in the late 1900s. The ground floor is occupied by Laicale New York hair salon.
