5-story residential building completed in 1869, renovated in 1950. Designed by Griffith Thomas as a store and storehouse, it is six bays wide. The ground floor is grey-painted cast-iron with Corinthian columns. Above a dentiled cornice, the upper floors are faced in white stone with simpler Doric columns, and banded stone piers at the edges of the facade. The building is crowned by a bracketed and modillioned roof cornice with a broad triangular pediment in the center. A white metal fire escape runs down the right side of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Custo Barcelona, selling Catalan (Spanish) clothes.
