6-story residential building completed in 1873. Designed by Isaac F. Duckworth as a warehouse, with a white cast-iron end section constructed by Aetna iron works, six bays wide, with a 2-bay return on Greene Street. The bays are divided by Doric columns and pilasters, and cornices separate each floor, with a modillioned cornice over the ground floor.

The rest of the facade along Greene Street is red brick, with white stone bands above and below the large ground-floor windows. The two piers framing the southernmost bays project slightly, with a white cast-iron framed entrance at the ground floor. The windows on the upper floors have white stone sills with corbelled feet, and eared lintels. There is a red metal fire escape in the center of the Greene Street elevation, and both facades are topped by a white modillioned roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Alexis Bittar jewelry, Boca Grande, and Animazing Gallery.
