6-story Arts-and-crafts style residential building completed in 1927. Designed by Charles B. Meyers as a tenement, it is clad in variegated brown brick. There are four center bays of single windows, and two end bays with double-windows. The windows are in very shallow recessed bays between the piers, with a brick sill course above the 1st & 5th floors. There is lighter-colored replacement brick above many of the windows, and an iron fire escape running down the center of the facade.
