4-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1839. Altered by Raymond Hood, who added a full fourth floor of casement windows in 1919. Margaret Wilson, the bohemian daughter of President Woodrow Wilson, lived here in the 1920s. The 3-bay facade is clad in red brick above a brownstone basement. The stoop was removed and the entrance relocated to the basement in 1937.
