5-story Italianate residential building completed in 1871. Designed by Biela & Co. Architects as a tenement, it is clad in rusticated grey stone, with dark green sills and cornices, four bays across. The ground floor storefront has slender blue-painted cast-iron columns and pilasters. Originally built with a mansard roof and dormers, these were removed in 1913 and the green metal bracketed and dentiled cornice reset at the new roof line. The ground floor is occupied by Dub pies and coffee.
