5-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1884. Designed by J.M. Valentine as a tenement, it is clad in red brick (painted white at the ground floor and basement), with corbelled brick panels in the spandrels between floors. Most of the original brownstone lintels on the four bays of windows are badly spalling or have fallen off. The building has a black metal fire escape and roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by The Best Back Rub and Oatmeals restaurant, with Village Psychic, and Foot Spa in the basement.
