5-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1894. Designed by Charles R. Behrens as a tenement, it is clad in light tan brick with brownstone banding and lintels. The facade is four bays wide. There is a dentiled string course across the base of the top floor. The original roof cornice has been removed, and a black iron fire escape installed. The ground floor is occupied by Masa Moto Sushi.
