5-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1891. Designed by George Pelham as a tenement, it is clad in orange brick and terra-cotta above a red-painted cast-iron storefront. The 2nd- & 4th-floor windows are round-arched with carved-head keystones. The 3rd-floor windows sit atop an elaborately carved band and terra-cotta string course, and have eared stone lintels. Above the outer lintels are carved panels with faces, and above the inner lintels are corbelled brick panels. The building is topped by a simple parapet with a metal railing, and a black metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by Kopi Kopi coffee shop.
