6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1901. Designed by Michael Bernstein as a tenement, it is clad in banded dark red brick, four bays wide. The 2nd-floor windows have large, scrolled keystones, and the 5th-floor windows are round-arched. A black metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a black metal bracketed roof cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Go! Go! Curry!, and Franks Hair Stylist.
