5-story Neo-Grec residential building completed in 1875. Designed by George Holzeit as a tenement, with the same facade as its neighbor at No. 137, it is four bays wide. Above a storefront of black cast-iron, dark red brick and glass, the facade is clad in red brick. The tall, narrow windows have sills with corbelled feet and projecting stone lintels and cornices. A red-painted metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is capped by a bracketed roof cornice with paired brackets. The cornice is missing the triangular pediment seen at the center of the neighboring building's cornice. The ground floor is occupied by Shanan Tailor and Cleaners.
