6-story Renaissance-revival residential building completed in 1906. Designed by John Voelker as a tenement, it is clad in white brick above a red brick, metal and glass storefront. There is a dentiled stone cornice above the 2nd floor, and a rough stone cornice above the 5th. The three center windows and each outer window have full stone enframements, while the other two windows on each floor have splayed stone lintels. A wrought-iron fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is crowned by a metal roof cornice with scrolled brackets. The ground floor is occupied by Little Prince restaurant.
