3-story Greek-revival residential building completed in about 1841. It is clad in red-painted brick above a tall storefront of wood and black cast-iron. The three bays of windows have black-painted stone sills and lintels, and there is a simple dentiled metal roof cornice, also painted black. The ground floor is occupied by Off The Wagon bar and grill.
