4-story residential building completed in 1854. It is clad in dark red brick above a ground floor of rough cobbled stone. The ground floor has a large triangular pedimented storefront, and the residential entrance on the right side under a round-arch. The 2nd floor has studio windows running across, while the two upper floors each have four windows with brick headers. A dark blue-painted metal fire escape runs down the facade, which is topped by a corbelled brown cornice with a brick parapet above.

The building was used for a restaurant by 1914, and it was described in 1918 as being occupied by a café and dance hall in the basement and first story with dwelling units above. It is likely that the facade was altered in 1923 by Ferdinand Savignano. The ground floor is occupied by The Grisly Pear bar.
