5-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1888. Designed by A.B. Ogden as a tenement, it is clad in red brick, four bays wide. Triangular pediments top the outer-bay windows on the 4th floor, and curved molded hoods top those on the 2nd floor. The center two bays are slightly recessed and covered by a black metal fire escape. These bays culminate in a shallow arch at the top floor, with a plain brick parapet at the roof. The ground floor is occupied by La Frite french fry joint, and The Kati Roll Company, with Greenwich Village Comedy Club in the basement.
