Designed by Rentz & Lange as a tenement, it is clad in light tan brick with four bays of windows above black iron and glass storefronts. It utilizes alternating seashall fans for lintels above windows and ledges below. The building is crowned by a large bracketed cornice, stepped up in the center. The ground floor is occupied by Mirch Masala Indian Cuisine, and Slice & Co. pizza.
