Designed by George Pelham, it was built as a twin to No. 126 next door, and retains its original 4-bay yellow brick facade, with stone banding and carved ornament. The 3rd-floor windows are round-arched, with carved-head keystones. There are eared lintels over the 4th-floor windows, and carved round-arched over the 5th-floor windows. The ground floor is occupied by Land of Buddha Himalayan Art.
