6-story Queen Anne-style residential building completed in 1893. Designed by George Pelham, it was built as a twin to No. 128 next door, but has been resurfaced in pale yellow stucco, with grey stone banding and carved ornament. The 3rd-floor windows are round-arched, with carved-head keystones. There are eared lintels over the 4th-floor windows, and carved round-arched over the 5th-floor windows. A brown metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade. The ground floor is occupied by AltSmoke electronic cigarettes.
