5-story residential building completed in 1889. Designed by George Keister, it is clad in red brick above a beige stuccoed first floor and basement. There is a black metal fire escape running down the center of the 4-bay facade, which is topped by a black metal roof cornice.
The entrance is up a narrow set of metal steps, with a storefront on either side. There are also steps down to the two basement storefronts, which are occupied by Meskerem Ethiopian Restaurant and Choza Taqueria. The first floor storefronts are occupied by a tarot card and palm reader, and the upper level of the Choza Taqueria.
