5-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1889. Designed by George Keister as a tenement, it is has a stone first floor with three large arches over the doorway and flanking windows, where the red brick cladding begins. A low stoop leads up to the doorway, which is flanked by carved stone panels. The upper floors are four bays wide, with a brick parapet at the roof line. The raised basement is occupied by MacDougal Street Ale House.
