5-story Romanesque-revival residential building completed in 1892. Designed by M.N.B. Ferdon as a tenement for 20 families, it is clad in rust-red painted brick, stone and terra-cotta, with a stoop leading an entrance raised above two partial-basement storefronts. The doorway is round-arched, as are the 2nd-floor windows. The keystone in each arch has a carved face. There is horizontal banding on the 3rd floor and carved terra-cotta band courses across several parts of the facade. The 3rd-floor windows have eared lintels with faces in carved panels above, and the 4th-floor windows have round-arches on top that are also intricately carved. A metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is crowned by a black metal roof cornice. The lower landing of the fire escape is supported by large scrolled brackets framing the entrance. The facade also sports a great deal of carved terra-cotta ornament. The basement/ground level is occupied by Luxor Lounge.
