5-story Greek-revival residential building completed in 1824 as a 3.5-story house with a peaked roof. It was expanded to four floors in 1870, and the fifth floor was added in 1900. The facade is three bays wide and clad in red-painted brick. A brown metal fire escape runs down the center of the facade, which is topped by a black metal roof cornice with brackets and dentils. The ground floor is occupied by THELEwala Indian Cafe, and Creperie.
