7-story Colonial-revival residential building completed in 1910. Designed by Edwin W. Crumley, it is clad in reddish-orange brick, with splayed stone lintels over the windows. The ground floor is occupied by Mermaid Oyster Bar, Caffe Dante (est. 1915), and CamaJe - a French-American bistro that offers hands-on cooking classes in the kitchen.
